        Breeder/Kennel/ Registration Application

This application is to be used for the registration of breeding stock for breeders/kennels. This may be tracked by bloodline or breeder/kennel name. Please be sure form is completely filled out before submitting (tattoo, DNA, and microchip numbers are optional). There is a charge of $6.00 per dog, minimum of 7 dogs for a new breeder/kennel. If the Sire and Dam are currently registered with ABKC, please be sure to include the registration numbers. Your registration will come on a computer print out, if you require a certificate; please submit $8.00 per dog.

This application must be signed by the owner and two witnesses to verify accuracy. If you submit a copy of another registry club’s papers your signature on these forms is verification that they are true and correct. At time of submission they become property of ABKC. This application along with any fees or photos submitted remains the property of ABKC. I certify that the information provided on this form is true and correct and I, the undersigned, do agree to abide by the rules and regulations of ABKC.
